A co-created lab for exploring possible futures together with the actors who will shape them. Built in the spirit of Future Search: the whole system in the room, a shared look at the trends shaping us, and a search for the common ground that is concrete enough to act on.
Transformative Dialogue Circles
Inspired by traditional Peace Circles and rooted in Indigenous practices and wisdom. A safe and respectful space where all voices are heard constructively, designed to build connection, understanding and community — especially where trust has been strained.
Open Space
For groups tackling a complex challenge around one pivotal question. Participants propose the topics they care about, which builds ownership and momentum from the first minute. We close in a circle where everyone shares what came out of it.
