The Synergizers —

A tribe, not a staff list.

Part of More is founded and led by Sol Piñero Misa. As a tribe of Synergizers, we draw on our diversity to craft specialised teams suited to each project.

Our why

Because we intentionally choose to co-create a world that is more progressive, playful, humane and in harmony with nature. Through facilitative leadership, we actively engage in shaping a more child-friendly and inclusive society, clearly recognizing the impact and significance of our individual and collective choices.

Our vision

In a world shaped by our values, we envision a beautiful, creative and harmonious future where playfulness, inclusivity, and common enrichment are at the heart of our communities. This future is a naturally child-friendly place that nurtures the well-being of every generation. Here, inner peace and joyful coexistence are not just aspirations but the realities of our conscious actions.

Our values —

Three commitments.

Together

“In considering you, consider another too.” As Friends to Mankind beautifully uphold. We embrace the unity of collective strength, moving us beyond limiting illusions. Our collaborative efforts aim for inclusive success, celebrating each victory as a triumph for our common humanity.

Playfulness

Our work is based in joy and creativity, making our creations both impactful and successful. We commit to doing what we can, where we are, with a focus on how our actions benefit the broader human community.

Beyond

We challenge limiting biases and expand what’s possible, fostering an environment that nurtures expansion and allows more of us to flourish to our full potential.
