Not another webinar.
The Intentional Leadership Lab blends practical tools from psychology, neuroscience and global leadership execution to strengthen your capacity to lead future-driven progress.
AI is changing much — but not the essentials: how we lead consciously, collaboratively and inclusively. In live online sessions you work directly with facilitators and peers on real leadership dilemmas, strengthening resilience and dismantling limiting structures and behaviours.
Three things to know.
Format
Live online sessions in a small group, cameras on, everyone contributes.
Method
Facilitated dialogue and peer learning on real dilemmas, not lectures.
Take-away
Science-based tools you can use the next morning.
The three modules are interconnected. We recommend them in sequence for the full journey, but each stands on its own and can be adapted to your organization’s context and challenge.
The journey.
Module 1 — The neuroscience of intentional leadership
Strengthen the internal conditions required to lead well in complexity — from decision-making and energy management to inclusion and trust. In this session you will:
- Clarify and align vision, values and intention at both individual and team level, strengthening focus and impact
- Apply science-based tools to regulate energy and brain states, enabling greater awareness, better decisions and healthier team dynamics
- Identify and disrupt limiting bias at personal and systemic level, supporting more inclusive leadership and stronger organizational outcomes
“Inclusive leadership increases innovation capacity by 70%, as diverse teams consistently outperform homogeneous ones in solving complex problems.” — McKinsey, 2023
Module 2 — Leading highly collaborative organizations
Cultivate high-performing, collaborative teams — from psychological safety and accountability to collective creativity. In this session you will:
- Create and implement systems that strengthen awareness, accountability and shared intelligence
- Practise methods to lead collaborative teams effectively, with and without AI
- Explore how human creativity, enhanced by technology, can drive innovation and growth
“Companies driven by strong, values-based leadership are 50% more likely to meet or exceed financial targets.” — Gartner, 2024
Module 3 — Transformative habits and tribes
Systematically cultivate trust-enhancing habits and cultures that drive sustainable growth and innovation. In this session you will:
- Learn the science of transformative habit formation to lead intentional growth
- Co-create supportive tribes that carry purpose-driven transformation, accountability and resilience
- Implement reward systems that strengthen value-led growth

“She facilitated a Leadership Lab with the alumni network of our Scaleup Program. A transformative afternoon where Soledad created an open and safe space, generously sharing from her heart while encouraging participants to do the same. She not only welcomed questions but actively invited participants to share their experience, turning the lab into a collaborative learning journey. Time flew by, as we were all deeply engaged in meaningful exploration and exchange.”
Veronica Shivani Eriksson, Project Manager, the City of Stockholm — on the Lab with the Stockholm Business Region alumni network.

“As an entrepreneur in Sweden, I found the concepts and activities extremely valuable for gaining clarity in intentional leadership and decision-making. The scientific explanation of how different parts of the brain influence decision-making was particularly eye-opening — it reinforced the importance of being conscious about the timing of decisions and the factors driving our choices. Her scientific approach provides a deeper level of understanding that can transform the way you lead.”
