We facilitateimpactful partnerships
We help organisations find where they can make the greatest social impact, and who to make it with. Together we facilitate collaborations that bring social innovation to life, strengthen human rights, and create more child-friendly societies.
The offering
Intentional Collaborations
Somewhere between what your organisation does best and a social need waiting for you, there is a collaboration worth building. We help you find it — and we facilitate it.
Along the way, we carry out stakeholder analyses and facilitate stakeholder dialogues, so the collaboration is built on what matters to everyone involved.

The process
Five building blocks
Every collaboration is unique, so we shape the journey around you. These five building blocks are always part of it.
- 1
Start within
Look at your vision, values and intentions: where is there genuine engagement, and where do you have potential to make the greatest impact together with others?
- 2
Listen outward
Find where there is real need for social impact, and listen to the people who live it and those already working on it.
- 3
Find where you matter most
Look for the place where your intentions meet a real need, and where you can make a difference at a larger scale, in collaboration with potential partners.
- 4
Choose the right collaborators
Look for complementary strengths, honest intentions, and real commitment and resources to co-create common progress for all partners and for all.
- 5
Begin with the end in mind
Build a shared vision rooted in shared commitment and values, name the results that inspire you, and agree on practical first steps: roles and impact.
We facilitate co-creations
We help you with what the collaboration needs, and we have experience of doing it: facilitating the first conversations, gathering insights inside your organisation, carrying out world and stakeholder analyses, facilitating stakeholder dialogues, and supporting you with what is needed to reach the best possible outcomes.
Every side of the table
We are a team with experience from several worlds — global consumer companies, tech startups, social enterprises, civil society organisations and UN agencies. That gives us some understanding of potential partners' worlds, which makes our role as facilitators easier and helps everyone bring their best to the table.
Grounded in practice and more
The method draws on established work in cross-sector collaboration: shared value (Porter & Kramer), the collaboration continuum (Austin & Seitanidi), the partnering practice of The Partnering Initiative, and the five conditions of collective impact (Kania & Kramer). What we add is the facilitation, experience, network and creative playfulness.
